Officers of the Association
President
- Bill Johnson

- Resposnsibilities:
- Preside at all meetings of the General Membership and generally supervise the Club’s activities.
- Represent the Association on local, regional, or other Recreation Boards of Councils, if so requested.
- Arrange for the Vice President to function in his/her absence.
- Recommend and sign the minutes of the meeting.
- Inform members of the Executive Committee of their duties.
- Appoint members to special committees as required.
- Appoint members to fill vacancies in standing committees pending the next general meeting.
- Cast a vote only to break a tie following a third balloting.

Vice President
- Tyler Lawrence

- Resposnsibilities:
- Assist and advise the President.
- Carry out duties assigned him/her by the President.
- Perform the duties of the President in the absence of the latter’s absence or at his request.
- Ensure the constitution and amendments are kept current.
- Act as policy chairperson.
- Ensure that all provincial fish and game laws, local fish and wildlife regulations and other revenant information are brought to the attention of the members.
- Be responsible for conducting a complete inventory check of all club equipment and non-consumable stock as recorded in the Association's inventory. Such checks shall occur but not be limited to twice annually.

Treasurer
- Vacant

- Resposnsibilities:
- Record all financial transactions of the Association.
- Be responsible to the Association for the handling of all cash and receipts as per this constitution.
- Be responsible for the payment of all bills incurred by the Association.
- Prepare financial statements when required for the next general meeting or audit purposes.
- Report bank balances, cash received and expenditures for the month preceding the regular monthly meeting and as required.
- Prepare the records and make arrangements for the annual audit. The audit is to coincide with the annual report to the Alberta Registry upon the anniversary date of the Club. The audit shall be done with one (1) member of the executive and one (1) member of the general membership and the secretary/treasurer.

Secretary
- Joseph Cinq-Mars

- Resposnsibilities:
- Record the proceedings of all meetings in the minutes.
- Sign the minutes and be charged with the safekeeping.
- Ensure that minutes are properly compiled and countersigned by the President and are forwarded to Chairpersons of local recreation boards or councils if requested.
- Ensure that the minutes of the previous regular meetings are available at the next regular meeting so that the members in attendance may peruse them.
- Ensure that the minutes of the previous executive meeting are posted in time for the next regular meeting so that the members in attendance may peruse them.
- Be responsible for the conduct and custody of all correspondence originated by the association, with assistance as required from the executive committee.
- Monitor and maintain an up-to-date key register.
- Immediately communicate any range closures to the membership.
- Maintain records of membership for a period of six (6) years as per the Firearms Act.

Other Excecutive
Upper Range Standing Committee

- Resposnsibilities:
- Ensure Archery Range and Trail(s) are in safe operating condition, advising the executive immediately if they are not, so issues can be rectified or the ranges closed until safe conditions are restored and membership notified.
- Report on the status of buildings and grounds at meetings.
- Provide information to the Vice President for inventory recordkeeping
- Advise the executive of any maintenance issues related to club equipment so they can be addressed promptly.
- Basic housekeeping and groundskeeping of both ranges.
- Organize work bees for work tasks larger than their capabilities.
Lower Range Standing Committee
- Zan Thorne & Steven Russell
- Resposnsibilities:
- Ensure ranges are in safe operating condition, advising the executive immediately if they are not so issues can be rectified or the ranges closed until safe conditions are restored and membership notified.
- Report on the status of buildings and grounds at meetings.
- Provide information to the Vice President for inventory recordkeeping
- Advise the executive of any maintenance issues related to club equipment so they can be addressed promptly.

Chairpersons
Chairpersons are full members of the executive.
Funding/Grants Chairperson 
- Diane Buerfeind
- Resposnsibilities:
- Seek out funding opportunities for Association Projects and Events.
- Draft grant and funding applications for review by the Club Secretary before Executive approval and submission if approved at a General Meeting.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the local community councils, local businesses, and other outdoor conservation groups aligned with the Association's interests and the Alberta Government.
Rifle Range Chairperson
- Ray Morawietz

- Resposnsibilities:
- Organize and report on all rifle, pistol, and shotgun range activities of the Association.
- Be responsible for the safety and good housekeeping of the range.
- Be responsible for having qualified range officers present when the range is in use for Association functions.
- Be responsible for all Association equipment in use and safekeeping.
- Assist the Secretary in the drafting of all correspondence relating to the range, especially with the Chief Firearms Officer of Alberta, ensuring records are kept of all communications and range approvals.
- Maintain applications for range renewals as required.
Archery Range Chairperson 
- Kevin Manuel
- Resposnsibilities:
- Be responsible for the safe operation of the Upper Archery Range and its grounds.
- Promote the sport of Archery within the local community, this can be through league nights, events, or workshops.
- Answer member questions related to the sport of Archery.
- Assist the Secretary in drafting correspondence dealing with Archery matters.
Hunting Chairperson 
- Darren Hannas
- Resposnsibilities:
- Promote safe, ethical hunting within the local community.
- Provide input to the Conservation Committee Chair in matters of wildlife and hunting-related conservation initiatives.
- Plan educational events related to the ethical sport of hunting.
- Assist the Secretary in the drafting of correspondence dealing with hunting-related matters.
- As the club grows, organize a game awards program for members similar to Alberta Bowhunter's Association. Maintain records related to the game awards program.
Fishing Chairperson 
- Dan Mullen
- Resposnsibilities:
- Promote safe, ethical sportfishing within the local community.
- Provide input to the Conservation Committee Chair in matters of fisheries and watershed-related conservation initiatives.
- Plan events to promote fishing in the local community.
- Assist the Secretary in drafting correspondence dealing with fishing-related matters.
- As the club grows, maintain records of Top Trophy Fish caught by members.
Conservation Chairperson 
- Matt MacFarlane
- Resposnsibilities:
- Participate in studies which have an impact on the surrounding lands of the Lakeland and the fish & wildlife within them.
- Represent, along with assistance from the executive, the Association's interests when it comes to the conservation of lands and wildlife within the Lakeland and Alberta.
- Plan and organize, with assistance from the Ad-Hoc Committee, conservation activities members can participate in which will benefit the local community.
Outdoor Education Chairperson 
- Rick Holder
- Resposnsibilities:
- Set up and run hunter training courses under the guidance of the Alberta Hunter Education Association.
- Organize firearms safety courses (PAL/RPAL).
- Report on hunter training progress at meetings.
- Maintain proper records of all courses, students and instructors.
- Deal directly with AHEA and maintain records of all correspondence.
- All such records mentioned above are to be provided to Secretary on request and stored in Association records.
Ad-Hoc Committee Chairperson 
- Vacant
- Resposnsibilities:
- Assist the other Committees as required to successfully run club events, as planned by the other Committees, by finding volunteers from Association membership and the local community.
- Seek out within local communities, donations of materials, funds or labour related to club projects and grant proposals.
Additional Duties of the Executive Committee
- The Executive may set up a special committee at any time, either from volunteers or election for some special activity that may arise. Such a committee disbands upon completion of the special committee requirements.
- Committees shall not originate action without first having submitted it for coordination and approval of the executive committee.
- In addition to the specified duties detailed above, the following shall be duties of the Executive Committee:
- Control of the general operation of the Association so that the Association is operated on a sound economical basis.
- Ensure that action is taken to have the requirements of the minutes implemented.
- Review the Range Rules annually and submit changes via newsletter or meeting minutes to the membership.
